Conduct and report RCA for the area of improvement you selected. Include in your analysis:

    • A diagram of the clinical or workflow process.
    • The number of steps for improvement.
    • Measurable standards and benchmarks, in the form of a balanced scorecard or dashboard.


Present the RCA in a 5-page report as a Word document formatted in APA style.



This was noted on my last weeks paper, which is CRUCIAL IT IS INCLUDED IN THIS ASSIGNMENT, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A GOOD GRADE. IT IS NEEDED TO CHOOSE A HEALTHCARE SETTING…..several points were deducted last week and I failed the assignment.

This assignment required you to conduct a SWOT analysis for the selected healthcare setting. You did not present a selected healthcare setting based upon the requirements.If you have not selected a healthcare setting, please do so because you will be required to use the same healthcare setting for week 4, week 5 and week 6. For this assignment you are required to conduct a SWOT analysis for the selected healthcare setting, which is unclear. You are required to interview the staff from the selected healthcare organization, which is unclear. I am also attaching a sample paper for your reference. 

An opportunity is a condition in the externalenvironment that, if exploited, helps an organization (or a strategic business unit) achieve strategic competitiveness, while a threat is a condition in theexternalenvironment that may hinder an organization’s efforts to achieve strategic competitiveness (Hitt, Ireland, & Hoskisson, 2013). 

The internal environment consists of all the controllable elements, such as technology, physical facilities, financial stability, human capital, inside an organization that influence how well the organization operates (Jones, 2007). What is the organization able to do well that other organizations would find difficult to duplicate?Solomon, Marshall, and Stuart (2008) argued that an organization’s relationships with suppliers, corporate reputation, and ability to produce consistently high-quality products/services could be either strengths or weaknesses of the organization. Since the healthcare industry is labor-intensive, internal strengths and weaknesses often reside in the organization’s employees—the organization’s human and intellectual capital. What skills do the employees have? What kind of training have they had? Are they loyal to the firm? Do they feel a sense of ownership?
