Purpose The purpose of this assignment is for the student to provide an understanding related to the various determinants of health that affect a population’s health, as well as the primary, secondary and tertiary prevention strategies in population health. FC 8: Explain biological and genetic factors that affect a population’s health. FC 9: Explain behavioral and psychological factors that affect a population’s health.
