Question 1. Explain how the account of biblical creation can be viewed as a model for innovative and creative leaders when managing chaos. Question 2 Hypothesize why it is important for leaders both to create and enable chaos as well as a clear sense of purpose in organizations. Question 3 Do we feel that as leaders we are required to implement chaos even when there is none? That to be good and effective leaders must train our employees to understand and better handle chaos by introducing it so that when real chaos comes we are better prepared for it? That we should rock the boat now, on purpose, so they know what to do when a real wave comes? That in fact we do our employees a disservice if we do not prepare them for the chaos that may come? Would any of us want to see a new soldier with no training in the chaos of war to be placed on the front lines? Question 4 Do we think real change requires chaos? Could Martin Luther King or Jesus have effected real change if they did not first create chaos?
